Ladies, if you happen to have a pair of kid scissors in your purse and an unflattering boyfriend tee, all you have to do is this:

1.) Cut off the collar and take a few inches off the neckline. This part was a bit easy because Jessica already cut off the collar for her first piece. If you want to create the “drape” effect, you’ll have to cut at an angle.

2.) Cut off the sleeves. Cut as much or as little as you want! I decided to make the holes bigger by cutting off some of the sides of the t-shirt.

3.) Accessorize.

I’d also like to add that kid scissors were surprisingly effective during the making of this project.

I personally like this look because of how amazingly versatile it is. You can dress it up, dress it down, dress it any way you want!!!

…and to think this used to be a simple black t-shirt.
