A couple weeks ago, I decided to snag my mommy’s sewing machine so I could use it for my future projects. However, it wasn’t until I think two days ago I decided to put it to good use. Everyone, I’d like you all to give a warm welcome to my (and mommy’s) sewing machine =].

He has no name yet, but if you have any suggestions, let me know =D.

Anyway, I was looking through my “BF” donation pile and found this really neat looking shirt!

(This shirt was pretty big on me. It was a LARGE and I usually wear smalls haha.)

I’ve been eying it for awhile because I really liked the headphone design. Isn’t it cool? I originally wanted it to be a dress or maybe a tunic, but it was much too short to be one. So, sitting in my living room thinking of what to do with this shirt, I started cutting, and snipping, and pinning, and changing my mind on what to do, and then snipping some more, and then changing my mind again only to end up with a really cool looking halter top =].

(my sister killed two birds with one stone by having me stand in front of a mirror haha.)

If you guys are interested in making this top or a variation of it, I took notes on what I did so I can incorporate it into a video entry for the youtube channel. When I’m finished with it, I’ll definitely let you all know!!!

Oh, oh, oh!!! If you have any cool ideas on what to do with your “boy” friend’s t-shirt, try it out, take some pictures, and send them our way!!! We’d love to see it and feature it on My BF Closet.

Alright everyone, that’s all I have for now, but keep checking out the site for more amazing updates =]!

Hey! I was looking for cute underwear like what that chick had but couldn’t find any so my sister and I had to settle for the plain Fruit of the Loom underwear in BOYS size XL/L. It’s quite an impressive idea & it is comfortable & easy to create. :]

hey, this is great! i had completely forgotten about this post when i got bored last night and had an unusable tee. i ended up creating something like this, except the front is a “bottle neck” (looks like a turtleneck kind of? i think you know). is the tutorial up? i think it would help me explain my shirt to my friends :P
