So apparently sweats are no longer for working out or bumming around the house. I saw this on Garance Dore:

And these in the August J. Crew catalog and I got inspired:

This is like the easiest project ever. All you have to do is grab some old sweats, or new ones for that matter. Take your boys, brothers, or your own. If they are men’s size, I recommend taking the inseam in a bit, which is basically turning the sweats inside out and taking in an inch or two of the inner thigh part. If they are girls or fitted sweats then all you have to do is cut off the sweats wherever you want and just cuff it. That’s it!

These are so comfy and I would dress them up so that they don’t look like your old sweats but you would still definitely wear them around the house.
