Suspender to the Rescueeee!!!

Weeeeeeeeeeeehhhh. Okay folks! You don’t need to spend too much money on suspenders anymore. Looking through shops online, and suspenders are pretty pricey. They range from $10-infinity, depends on the brand you’re looking at. Well, well, well, aren’t you in luck? I happen to know where to get really cheap ones… Only less than $5.00 dollah!

First go to your friendly fabric store and get black about 1″ inch garter (about 3.5 yards) and four of these babies right here (clippers):

After that, without cutting the garter fold it in half and measure it without stretching it. The purpose of this is just to check the length of the garter you are going to use. It should just fall right under your rackkkkk:

after that, just to check again, stretch it up until where your pants/short/whatever you want your suspender to fall.

When you figure out where you want in it, cut it in the middle and it should look like this:

On each ends of your garter insert the garter and roll it just like this:

Then close it by sewing it:

it should look like this:

Once all ends are clipped, you’re almost done! Wear your suspenders, but at the back make an ‘X’ pattern just like this:

then ask someone, your close friends, or buddies, or even your boyfriend to put a pin on where the garter intersect. After that sew where the intersection is in a diamond pattern or whatever patter you wish to do:

And that’s the last step! And you are done!

There are different kind of suspender, the one that we just did was the ‘X’ shaped suspender, there are some suspender that have ‘Y’ shaped ones.
Since Halloween is almost near, you could probably use this for your costume design or something. Suspenders have a lot of use, you can use this for skirts to make your look spunky, you can use this for formals, mix it with your boyfriends clothes or heccckkkkkk your boyfriend can even use it. yaa dig?

Everyone can make this, you can even make one of this if you really on a low budget and give it as a gift to your boyfriend, or girlfriend….whoever. It’s unisex. It’s the thought that counts, and this one is actually useful! Oh yeah.
